Our Office provides legal advice and services to individuals and companies to resolve any issue concerning the Immigration law. Due to our continuous cooperation with large foreign companies, our Office has represented many executives, Regional Managers, General Managers and foreign staff and employees who are nationals of third-countries, for the issue of their local residence and work permits, as well as residence permits for their family members in order to achieve a smooth stay in Greece. We also represent investors and prospective owners of real estate worth over 250,000 Euro (Law 4251/2014 and 4587/2018) for the issue of a Golden Visa and thereafter for the issue of their residency permits in the Country. Finally, we represent individuals for the acquisition of Greek citizenship.
Our Office mainly deals with:
Obtaining National Multiple Entry Visas, work and residence permits for foreign business executives, managers and foreign employees.
Preparing all necessary documents and their official certified Greek translation for submission to the competent Greek Embassies and Consulates around the world for the issue of their visas and upon their entry in the Country all the supporting documents for the issue of their residence permit by the Greek Ministry of Citizens’ Protection (formerly of Public Order).
We are monitoring the progress of the process until the final issue of both residence and work permits and we receive the relative Ministry decisions and approvals as well as the electronic cards issued to the standards set by the European Union on behalf of our clients.
